Sports Optical provides the finest lenses available using our proprietary Direct Lens Technology.

This allows us to put lenses directly into frames previously thought to be impossible such as the Rudy Project Rydons and Kerosenes as well as many of the Smith Sliders.

Over the last decade we have developed a formula that accommodates for the close fit and wrap of sports frames. Without the formula the prism is induced and power is increased leading to eyestrain, poor depth perception, and poor vision. The formula was developed using optical principles and most importantly, real world testing.

After years of research and development we are proud to offer the following glasses in prescription using our proprietary Direct Lens Technology. These lenses are inserted directly into the glasses and can be interchangeable if wanted. No inserts or adapters used.
